We Love Helping Our Community
I would like to thank you for the amazing experience and gift that I received. I want to t hank you for the tour around ACHIEVE. I would also like to thank you for giving me a new computer, you made me very happy. I will use this computer to complete my homework assignments for my adult education class. Thank you again for everything.
Thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts for all your support/help. You all have made a difference…all of his accomplishments have been the result of your heartfelt hard work, patience, understanding, love and care. Thank God for people like you who have such big hearts in making individuals…achieve more skills. They live fuller lives, integrate more fully with society and within their constraints actively participate in the community.
The personalized service is supreme and quite impressive. Even my neighbors in Saguaro Therapy, whom I invited over to eat lunch, said how much they loved the homemade taste of the foods. Being able to help out is a bonus, and for me, that is more than enough joy! You do an awesome job doing everything you do for our clients! By the way, they all have been professional when they would come here…they take pride in their work and it shows.
ACHIEVE offers various programs for individuals based on their specific employment
needs. Contracted with the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES), these
programs are designed to assist clients by promoting self-sufficiency and reducing
dependency on government subsidization.
Our Housing program offers a subsidized housing program similar to Section 8
Emergency Housing Choice Vouchers. ACHIEVE contracts with the Arizona
Department of Housing (ADOH) to serve individuals who are chronically homeless with
a qualifying disability.
Behavioral Health Case Management
Our Case Management program focuses on providing supportive services to our clients
on a regular basis. Each individual works alongside a Behavioral Health Technician to
create a treatment plan that aligns with specific goals and make sure that each client’s
needs are met.
