At Achieve Human Services, we offer comprehensive Employment and Vocational Rehabilitation services designed to support individuals in preparing for, obtaining, and maintaining meaningful employment. Our goal is to empower clients by aligning job opportunities with their strengths, preferences, and abilities while ensuring long-term workplace success.

Our Services Include:

• Job Preparation
  We assist clients in building foundational skills necessary for successful employment. Services may include resume development, interview practice, communication skills, and workplace etiquette training.

• Job Development & Placement
  Our team works with each individual to identify employment opportunities that align with their goals and capabilities. We strive to ensure a strong employer-employee match that promotes job satisfaction and long-term success.

• Job Retention Support
  Once employed, we provide ongoing support to help clients adjust to their work environment, resolve challenges, and maintain long-term employment stability.

• Work Adjustment Training
  This service helps individuals develop or improve appropriate work behaviors, attitudes, and skills necessary for successful employment. Through structured, real-world training environments, clients build confidence, reliability, teamwork, and time management skills critical for long-term vocational success.
