MIGUEL CASTANOS
FEDERAL CONTRACTS MANAGER
Miguel Castanos has been with ACHIEVE Human Services, Inc since October 2020. He was honorably discharged from the United States Navy in 2019 after serving for 6 years. While serving in the United States Navy he was assigned to AIRTEVRON NINE (Air Test and Evaluation Squadron Nine) and later to the USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD-6). While assigned to those squadrons Miguel monitored and implemented safety programs and regulations.
At ACHIEVE, Miguel serves as the Project Manager for Customs and Border Protection. He fosters a positive relationship with the government’s representatives and also ensures the integrity, quality, and safety of the Agency’s employees. To further his education and experience, Miguel is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University.

JUAN (JOHNNY) ESPARZA BRAVO
PROJECT MANAGER
Juan (Johnny) Esparza Bravo joined ACHIEVE Human Services, Inc. in March 2021 and currently serves as the Yuma Proving Ground (YPG) and Job Options Federal Contract Manager. With a career spanning over two decades, Johnny brings a wealth of experience in operations, management, and team collaboration to his role.
Johnny’s professional journey began while attending Arizona State University, where he was hired as a purchasing agent (buyer) for the world’s largest airline catering and hospitality company. In this position, he honed his skills in procurement and developed a strong ability to work with a diverse group of professionals from around the globe.
After gaining valuable experience, Johnny returned to his hometown in the Yuma area, where he took on the role of Plant Supervisor at an organic fertilizer and ore processing plant. For several years, he successfully led operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity in a demanding industrial environment.
Prior to joining ACHIEVE, Johnny spent 11 years as a Service Operation Specialist at Schwan’s Home Service. In this capacity, he managed the day-to-day operations of the Yuma depot and supported the San Diego region. His role also required frequent travel to various depots across multiple states, where he provided operational assistance and expertise.
With a proven track record in operations and management, Johnny is passionate about fostering collaboration and supporting individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

EDGAR FIGUEROA
DIRECTOR OF HUMAN SERVICES
Edgar Figueroa Joined Achieve in September 2023 and is presently pursuing his doctoral degree in Psychology. He holds his master’s degree from Webster’s University: Leiden Campus based out of The Netherlands. During his tenure overseas, Edgar traveled throughout Europe immersing himself in learning the different therapeutic treatments, interventions, and modalities. Edgar has served diverse populations abroad and in Yuma. He has done everything from case management, individual counseling, and group counseling for both youth and adults. He is deeply committed to assisting those in need, ensuring that the team provides the highest level of care and respect for every individual.

DEENA FETZER
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ADMINISTRATOR
Deena Fetzer has been with ACHIEVE Human Services, Inc. since 2005. She was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps in 1997. Her Military Occupant Specialty was Fiscal and Disburser. She graduated from
the United States Marine Corps Basic Training Academy. Other professional experience was as the bookkeeper for a tribal entity, a construction agency, and a glass company. She served on the YANPI Board of Directors as the Secretary.
She is currently a member of the Eagles and loves to work with veterans. She started as the Bookkeeper for ACHIEVE through the Yuma WORC Center Inc. Her current position is Accounts Receivable Administrator. She participates
in contract negotiations, evaluation of contracts, implements amendments, modifications, revisions, and contractual cost allocations.

LUCIA WILSON
HOUSING SPECIALIST LEAD
Lucia has been with ACHIEVE Human Services since August 2018. She has been in Yuma pretty much her whole life. She comes from the field of substance abuse recovery and works with the homeless at the local shelter. She is passionate about helping those that are less fortunate and helping them reach their greatest potential. She has a strong passion for working with people that have disabilities and that have fallen down on their luck. Currently, she is working towards going to school to further her education in the Social Work field to better serve the individuals we assist on a daily basis.

ALMOND MCLAIN
NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
Almond McClain has been with ACHIEVE Human Services, Inc. since 2016 and is the Network Administrator and Security Officer. After completing his AS in Imperial Valley focused later on IT, he currently holds a CompTIA certification in Secure Infrastructure Specialist (CSIS). Prior to working with ACHIEVE, he traveled the southwest United States assisting the construction of the Largest Solar Fields ever created for First Solar from early 2012 to late 2016.
From his first paper route in high school to breaking down pallets for loading store merchandise at night and going to college during the day, his work experiences have brought first-hand knowledge from working from the bottom up to understanding the roles required from our operations and teams. During his tenure at ACHIEVE, Almond has been instrumental in securing asset controls, network security, and creating a strong infrastructure for the separate entity, ACHIEVE Enterprise Services, Inc.

NOE GODOY
PROJECT MANAGER
Noe Godoy joined ACHIEVE Human Services, Inc. in August 2021 as a Janitor Supervisor and is currently serving as the Customs and Border Protection Project Manager.
Noe holds an Associate’s Degree in Administration of Justice, which he applied during his nearly four-year tenure as a Detention Officer with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. This role helped him develop strong communication skills while interacting with a diverse range of individuals. After this experience, Noe returned to Yuma, Arizona, and joined the agency as a Janitor Supervisor. Throughout his time with ACHIEVE, he has taken on various roles, gaining firsthand knowledge of multiple responsibilities. His dedication and potential led to his promotion to the position of Customs and Border Protection Project Manager.

JULI BOYLE
SAFETY AND TRAINING COORIDINATOR
Juli has called Arizona home since 1981 and is an alumni and proud Yuma Crim! She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice, which set the foundation for her career dedicated to helping others. From an early age, Juli’s passion for service was evident through her volunteer work at life care centers, The Humane Society of Yuma, and babysitting, where she cultivated empathy and a strong desire to make a positive impact in her community.
Juli attended the University of Phoenix, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of roles dedicated to helping others.
Juli has extensive experience working with a diverse range of individuals, providing support and guidance to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. She has worked with children with disabilities, helping them reach their developmental milestones through tailored support and resources. Additionally, Juli has worked with adults on probation, providing essential resources and support to help them make positive life changes.
Juli has also assisted adults with disabilities who are seeking employment, helping them build essential job skills such as workplace communication, time management, teamwork and collaboration and adaptability. She provides ongoing support to these individuals, helping them navigate the job market and secure meaningful employment. Her work extends to helping them integrate into the workforce and community, equipping them with the tools they need to succeed long-term. Her broad range of experience has deepened her commitment to empowering individuals and supporting them in reaching their full potential.
