Sauceda, Adriel

ADRIEL SAUCEDA

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Adriel Sauceda has been with ACHIEVE Human Services, Inc. since 2021. He is a retired war veteran that had the privilege of serving as a Soldier and Officer in the United States Army. Throughout his 20 years of service, he proudly served in both Iraq and Afghanistan and had the honor of following and leading in dynamic and austere environments. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Applied Science from Wayland Baptist University and multiple military leadership certifications.

In his current position, Adriel enjoys working with his peers to develop and implement solutions to continuously improve services for our customers while providing opportunities for people with disabilities and fellow veterans.

Salinas, Christina

Christina Salinas

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Christina Salinas has been with ACHIEVE Human Services, Inc. since 2017. Originally from San Jose, California, Christina moved to Yuma, Arizona, 22 years ago where she received her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice Administration. Christina has obtained her IICRC certification in Fire and Smoke Restoration, IICRC Water Restoration, OSHA Construction Safety and Health, Pandemic Cleaning, Office and Restroom Cleaning.

For the past three years, Christina has been using her skills to enhance the daily operations at ACHIEVE. During her time at ACHIEVE, she has managed the Border Patrol contracts, Commercial Accounts, and Facility Maintenance. Prior to joining ACHIEVE, Christina managed a Restoration Company where she has 14 years of experience in Project Managing, budgeting, and commitment to customer service.

Muro, Danielle

DANIELLE MURO

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Danielle Muro joined ACHIEVE Human Services, Inc. in October 2021 as a Project Manager, assisting with Federal Contracts for Border Patrol and Yuma Proving Ground. Danielle is concurrently overseeing the Safety Program. She wants to bring her knowledge and dedication to ACHIEVE and support in every way possible.

Danielle is a U.S. Army Veteran that served with the 3RD ACR Calvary Unit out of Fort Hood Texas. From there she went back to live in San Diego, California, completed her Reserve duty, and pursued her degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Business Management.

Previously, she was as a Deputy Project Manager for VTG Defense out of San Diego, California for the past six years. Her time at VTG, Danielle worked directly with the President, Vice President, and Director of Operations to oversee the execution of contracts BID and won. She specialized in Full Life Cycle Network Engineering, analysis, Quality Assurance, compliance, BID’s, finance, and the understanding of ship specific drawings and modifications. She worked directly with NAVWAR, the U.S. Navy, and other military branches. Danielle specialized in the delivery and execution of contracts both pre and post-award, having an extensive understanding of C4ISR and C5ISR upgrades for all levels of communication. Danielle had the privilege of supporting our War Fighters during their times of need, knowing getting them back out and operating was the number one priority. Danielle was also a Hiring Manager and briefly took over as the Division Warehouse Manager before her departure.

Castanos, Miguel

MIGUEL CASTANOS

BORDER PATROL PROJECT MANAGER

Miguel Castanos has been with ACHIEVE Human Services, Inc since October 2020. He was honorably discharged from the United States Navy in 2019 after serving for 6 years. While serving in the United States Navy he was assigned to AIRTEVRON NINE (Air Test and Evaluation Squadron Nine) and later to the USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD-6). While assigned to those squadrons Miguel monitored and implemented safety programs and regulations.

At ACHIEVE, Miguel serves as the Project Manager for Customs and Border Protection. He fosters a positive relationship with the government’s representatives and also ensures the integrity, quality, and safety of the Agency’s employees. To further his education and experience, Miguel is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University.

Esparza Bravo, Juan

JUAN (JOHNNY) ESPARZA BRAVO

YPG PROJECT MANAGER

Johnny joined ACHIEVE Human Services, Inc. in March 2021 and is the Yuma Proving Ground and Job Options Federal Contract Manager.

While attending Arizona State University Johnny was hired as a purchasing agent (Buyer) for the largest airline catering and hospitality company in the world which gave him the opportunity to work with a very diverse group of people from around the world. Johnny decided to move back to the Yuma area back to his hometown and was the Plant Supervisor of an organic fertilizer and ore processing plant for many years.

Prior to Achieve Johnny worked for Schwan’s Home Service for 11 years and was the Service Operation Specialist which consisted of assisting with the day-to-day operation of the Yuma depot and the San Diego area. He also had the opportunity to travel to different depots in different states to assist those areas. He has used his experiences and lessons to be able to work with people with different backgrounds and abilities.

McClain, Almond

ALMOND MCLAIN

NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

Almond McClain has been with ACHIEVE Human Services, Inc. since 2016 and is the Network Administrator and Security Officer. After completing his AS in Imperial Valley focused later on IT, he currently holds a CompTIA certification in Secure Infrastructure Specialist (CSIS). Prior to working with ACHIEVE, he traveled the southwest United States assisting the construction of the Largest Solar Fields ever created for First Solar from early 2012 to late 2016.

From his first paper route in high school to breaking down pallets for loading store merchandise at night and going to college during the day, his work experiences have brought first-hand knowledge from working from the bottom up to understanding the roles required from our operations and teams. During his tenure at ACHIEVE, Almond has been instrumental in securing asset controls, network security, and creating a strong infrastructure for the separate entity, ACHIEVE Enterprise Services, Inc.

Fetzer, Deena

DEENA FETZER

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ADMINISTRATOR

Deena Fetzer has been with ACHIEVE Human Services, Inc. since 2005. She was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps in 1997. Her Military Occupant Specialty was Fiscal and Disburser. She graduated from
the United States Marine Corps Basic Training Academy. Other professional experience was as the bookkeeper for a tribal entity, a construction agency, and a glass company. She served on the YANPI Board of Directors as the Secretary.

She is currently a member of the Eagles and loves to work with veterans. She started as the Bookkeeper for ACHIEVE through the Yuma WORC Center Inc. Her current position is Accounts Receivable Administrator. She participates
in contract negotiations, evaluation of contracts, implements amendments, modifications, revisions, and contractual cost allocations.

Wilson, Lucia

LUCIA WILSON

HOUSING SPECIALIST LEAD

Lucia has been with ACHIEVE Human Services since August 2018. She has been in Yuma pretty much her whole life. She comes from the field of substance abuse recovery and works with the homeless at the local shelter. She is passionate about helping those that are less fortunate and helping them reach their greatest potential. She has a strong passion for working with people that have disabilities and that have fallen down on their luck. Currently, she is working towards going to school to further her education in the Social Work field to better serve the individuals we assist on a daily basis.

Wilson, Lucia

ALLAN CRANFORD

HOUSING SUPERVISOR

Allan Cranford joined ACHIEVE Human Services, Inc. in December 2023,bringing with him a wealth of experience and a profound commitment to serving others. As a retired war veteran, Allan proudly served in various capacities within the United States Army, undertaking multiple combat deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. Throughout his 20-year military career, he demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and unwavering dedication to his duties.

With a Master’s in Education and several Bachelor’s degrees across diverse fields, Allan possesses a breadth of knowledge and expertise that enriches his role as the Behavioral Health/Housing Supervisor. Currently pursuing
his doctoral program, he remains dedicated to advancing his skills and education to better serve his community.

Following his military service, Allan transitioned to a role with the Department of Child Safety as an investigator, where he further honed his ability to support and protect vulnerable populations. This experience deepened his understanding of the complexities individuals face, motivating him to pursue a career dedicated to behavioral health and housing support.

In his current capacity at ACHIEVE Human Services, Allan finds fulfillment in collaborating with his colleagues to develop innovative solutions that enhance services for clients while fostering independence and growth. His
passion for empowering individuals to reach their full potential is evident in his commitment to serving both people with disabilities and fellow veterans.

Outside of work, Allan remains actively involved in his community, volunteering his time to various causes and initiatives aimed at improving the lives of others. Whether through his military service, professional endeavors, or community involvement, Allan Cranford embodies the spirit of compassion, service, and dedication to helping others thrive.

JESSICA COX

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Jessica Cox joined ACHIEVE Human Services, Inc. in February 2022 as an Executive Assistant for the President/CEO. In her previous work, she managed an Airman Ministry Center on Goodfellow AFB where she was a recipient of several awards including the Air Force Chaplain Corps Civilian of the Year. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Early Childhood Education and is known for her hard work, attention to detail, and high-spirited personality.

 

Fetzer, Deena

EDGAR FIGUEROA

BEHAVIORAL HELATH MANAGER

Edgar Figueroa Joined Achieve in September 2023 and is presently pursuing his doctoral degree in Psychology.  He holds his master’s degree from Webster’s University: Leiden Campus based out of The Netherlands. During his tenure overseas, Edgar traveled throughout Europe immersing himself in learning the different therapeutic treatments, interventions, and modalities. Edgar has served diverse populations abroad and in Yuma. He has done everything from case management, individual counseling, and group counseling for both youth and adults. He is deeply committed to assisting those in need, ensuring that the team provides the highest level of care and respect for every individual.

 

Fetzer, Deena

JULI BOYLE

EMPLOYMENT SERVICES SUPERVISOR

Originally from Illinois I moved to Arizona in 1981. Juli is a Yuma Criminal alumnus and received her BA in Administration of Justice. Here passion in life has always been helping others. This passion dates as far back as she can remember when she began volunteering at Life Care Centers, The Humane Society of Yuma and babysitting.

For the last 15 years, she has worked alongside a wide range of individuals.  From working with small children with disabilities to working with adults at Yuma Adult Probation, she has had the pleasure of helping these individuals attain their personal goals and give them the tools to keep moving the goal post to reach their highest potential!
