Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA)

ACHIEVE provides employment services through one or all of the following. All services may include one-on-one support through a job coach.

• Work Adjustment Training
  • Utilized by vocational rehabilitation clients who require extensive services to prepare for competitive employment.
• Job Development / Placement
  • Provides assistance in obtaining employment for job-ready individuals who require the development of basic skills for obtaining and maintaining employment.
• Supported Employment
  • Provides job development assistance in matching an individual with an integrated competitive job and intense time-limited support to a client once employed.
